As with most rental units on the Key, the pricing for our condo is variable depending on the season.

Feb. 1, 2012 to April 28, 2012:  $1370 per week
April 29, 2012 to June 16 and July 15 to Dec. 15, 2012:  $900 per week
June 17 to July 14 and Dec. 16, 2012 to  Feb. 2, 2013:  $1080 per week
12% State Tax
$300 Security Deposit
$100 Cleaning fee
One Week Minimum
